Yacht Management
and Brokerage
in Naples, Florida
A yacht is supposed to be the reward.
For many owners it becomes a standing list of calls, quotes, and follow-ups that somehow always land on a
Friday afternoon.
We manage vessels so owners don’t have to, and we represent owners through the purchase and sale of yachts. Doing both is deliberate. Managing boats week after week teaches you what actually goes wrong with them, and that knowledge is worth a great deal when you’re evaluating one to buy.

For buyers
We help you define what the boat actually needs to do, evaluate candidates honestly, and coordinate survey, sea trial, and closing. We’ll tell you when a boat is wrong for you, including when that costs us the sale.

Why owners choose us
Most brokers sell boats. Most management companies never negotiate a purchase. We do both, which changes the advice.
It means we know what the survey findings will actually cost to fix. We know which yards do good work and which ones are slow. We know how a specific model holds up after three Florida summers. That knowledge protects you during a transaction and after it.
We also stay after the closing.
A brokerage relationship that ends at the dock was never much of a relationship.
Common questions
Do I need a management agreement to use your brokerage services?
No. Many clients use one or the other. Those who use both find the coordination easier.
Where do you manage vessels?
Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and surrounding marinas, with support for owners cruising the Keys, the East Coast, and the Bahamas.
What size vessels do you handle?
From center consoles to larger cruising yachts. The right approach differs considerably by vessel, which is part of the first conversation.
Are you a licensed yacht broker?
Yes. Brokerage services are provided by Bill Moore, licensed yacht broker, affiliated with Blueprint Yachts.
