Captain Bill Moore
Bill spent nearly 25 years managing hospitality, recreation, marina, travel, and business operations supporting the United States Navy, Army, and Marine Corps. That work shaped his approach to service: understand what people need, take responsibility for the details, and follow through.
He built Sunshine around that same approach. Owning a home or yacht should leave you with more to enjoy, not more to manage. Bill brings practical experience, personal attention, and a captain’s perspective to helping clients care for what they own and make more of their time.
A USCG Master Captain and licensed yacht broker, Bill also serves on the Board of Directors of the Marine Industries Association of Collier County.

Noel Holly
Partner Noel Holly holds a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management and leads hospitality, travel, luxury yacht charters, and client services across the Sunshine ecosystem. She also oversees Sunshine’s foundation and charitable initiatives. She is a licensed real estate professional affiliated with Waterfront Realty Group, specializing in waterfront homes, investment properties, commercial real estate, and coastal lifestyle transitions.
