Ceramic Coatings for
Yachts, Automobiles,
and Aircraft in Naples

Florida is unusually hard on finishes.

  1. Ultraviolet exposure most of the year,
  2. Salt in the air,
  3. Salt in the water,
  4. and afternoon rain that leaves minerals behind every time it dries.

A ceramic coating is a hard, hydrophobic layer bonded to the surface.

It resists ultraviolet damage and chemical staining, repels water and contaminants, and makes routine washing dramatically easier. Applied correctly, it protects condition, appearance, and resale value for years rather than weeks.

Gelcoat chalks. Paint oxidizes. Brightwork dulls.
It happens gradually enough that most owners don’t notice until the difference is expensive to reverse.

What the process involves

01

Assessment.

We evaluate the current condition of the surface and tell you honestly what a coating will and won’t fix.

02

Correction.

Coatings lock in whatever is underneath them. Oxidation, swirls, and defects are addressed before anything is applied.

03

Preparation and application.

Surfaces are decontaminated and prepared, then the coating is applied in controlled conditions and given proper cure time.

04

Maintenance.

Coatings last longer when they’re maintained. We offer scheduled maintenance programs, and for managed vessels this is handled as part of ongoing care.

Why it’s worth doing here

Check icon

Lower ongoing cost.

Washing takes less time and less product. Compounding and polishing cycles become far less frequent.
Check icon

Better resale condition.

Buyers and surveyors notice finish condition immediately. On a yacht it is one of the first impressions formed.
Check icon

Protection instead of repair.

Correcting heavy oxidation costs considerably more than preventing it.

Common questions

How long does a ceramic coating last?

It depends on the surface, the product, the exposure, and the maintenance. Properly maintained marine coatings typically perform for several years. We’ll give you a realistic expectation for your specific asset rather than a number from a brochure.
